Lottery drives Q1 growth for Opap as sports betting decline continues

Greek gaming and betting operator Opap has reported a 5 per cent increase in gross gaming revenue to €358.9m for the first quarter of 2017, benefiting from the first contribution from its newly launched video lottery terminals (VLTs).
