French gaming operator PMU has reported a 1 per cent increase in turnover to €4.96bn for the first half of 2017, benefiting from an improved performance from its core horse race betting business.
Horse race betting stakes grew by 1 per cent to €4.53bn, equivalent to 91 per cent of the company’s total turnover, with PMU highlighting several new developments which contributed significantly to the product vertical’s return to growth.
