Online betting and gaming operator Super Group, owner of the Betway brand, is expected to complete its business combination with special purpose acquisition company Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp. (SEAC) this month.
Completion of the proposed business combination remains subject to approval by SEAC shareholders at a meeting scheduled for January 26, with the combination expected to close shortly after the shareholder meeting.
