Founding shareholder Michael Tabor has agreed to take over full ownership of Gibraltar-licensed operator BetVictor, with Victor Chandler stepping down as the company's founder and chairman, alongside long-serving CEO Michael Carlton.
The operator announced that it had completed a restructuring of its holding company, which saw Tabor, already the holder of a 45 per cent stake in the business, acquire full ownership of BetVictor for an undisclosed sum.
