Lottomatica completes acquisition of SKS365

Leading Italian betting and gaming operator Lottomatica Group has completed the acquisition of SKS365.

Lottomatica entered into a deal last November to acquire SKS365, which owns the Planetwin365 and PlanetPay365 brands, as well as a retail network of 1,000 sports betting shops across Italy.

Following completion, Alexander Martin will step down as CEO of SKS365, having served in the role since December 2019.

“This marks a significant milestone for SKS365, heralding the start of a new chapter,” said Martin. “Due to the inherent changes to my role, I will be stepping down as CEO of the company. It has been my great honor to lead SKS365 since 2019. Together, we have built an excellent and successful company.
