Canada’s Intertain Group has revealed that it is in advanced discussions regarding a significant acquisition of certain assets in the range of CAD$1.0bn (€716m).
Intertain, which is part-owned by Amaya, has been building a name for itself in the past year, acquiring Nordic-facing operator Vera&John and Mandalay Media’s online bingo operations.
