Imperus Technologies is set to complete its acquisition of Latin American-focused social gaming operator Akamon Entertainment after securing financing to close the deal.
The transaction is expected to close on or before November 16th after Imperus secured US$28m in funding from Third Eye Capital Corporation last week.
The acquisition was agreed in September and was expected to close by October 2nd, but was subsequently pushed back to November 9th, prompting Imperus’ share price to plummet more than 30 per cent.
