Spanish land-based gaming solutions provider Grupo R Franco has acquired a majority stake in iGaming platform provider Mediatech Solutions, as part of a plan to develop a suite of innovative omni-channel products and services.
The acquisition will see R Franco integrate Mediatech’s IRIS platform and 1,500 games under its R Franco Digital division, which was established in December 2014, with Mediatech’s Madrid-based management team continuing to lead the business.
