Sky Betting and Gaming has agreed to acquire CORE Gaming, the Solihull-based developer which has served as a key development partner of the operator since 2014.
The transaction, details of which have not been made public, sees CORE Gaming investor Steve Murray sell off his stake in the business, with managing director Justin Chamberlain and his management remaining with the company in their current roles.
