Sydney-listed betting operator and B2B provider TopBetta Holdings has entered into an agreement to acquire Melbourne-based bookmaker MadBookie.com.au.
The deal will see the company acquire the assets of the Australian corporate bookmaker, which generates annualised turnover of AUD$80m, including a database of more than 15,000 customers.
TopBetta will pay a purchase price of the greater of AUD$400,000 (less specified expenses), or 24 times Mad Bookie’s average monthly net gaming revenue over the 12 months following completion.
