The Australian Competition Tribunal (ACT) has postponed its decision on the merger of Tabcorp and Tatts Group by three months until September.
The competition tribunal was expected to make a ruling next week (June 13th) on the proposed merger, which would see Australia’s two biggest gambling operators join forces, although there remains strong opposition to the deal from rival operators and Racing Victoria.
