Swedish state-owned horse racing operator AB Trav och Galopp (ATG) has signed a conditional agreement to acquire Danish online casino and sportsbook operator Ecosys.
The agreement has been struck as ATG looks to prepare itself to compete with private operators, with the Swedish government currently in the process of developing online gaming regulations to open the market, expected in 2019.
