Cherry subsidiary Game Lounge has acquired a majority stake in TodaysWeb, a company specialising in search engine optimisation (SEO).
Through the acquisition Game Lounge will take charge of assets including around 1,500 websites, a range of SEO tools and services, and a team of specialists in the field.
For this Game Lounge will pay a consideration of SEK14m, with the deal financed through available cash and bank balances.
