US casino and racing operator Penn National Gaming has signed a deal to acquire Louisiana's Margaritaville Resort Casino for USD$115m.
The New York-listed company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Bossier City-based operations in a cash transaction, which is expected to be immediately accretive to operating results upon closing.
