PartyGaming plc and bwin Interactive Entertainment AG have today confirmed their long anticipated merger with bwin set to take a 51.64 per cent holding in the expanded business, with the merger expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2011 subject to a number of conditions including at least 75 per cent approval by both sets of shareholders.
