New York-listed social games developer Zynga has agreed to acquire an 80 per cent stake in Helsinki-based mobile game studio Small Giant Games for $560m.
Founded in 2013, Small Giant is creator of the hit franchise Empires & Puzzles, which blends Match-3 battles with deeper gameplay elements including Hero Collection, Base Building and Social Alliances.
