Frankfurt-listed lottery provider Zeal Network has received the necessary shareholder approval to fund its proposed takeover of Lotto24.
The company’s General Meeting in London on Friday saw shareholders vote 60 per cent in favour of the required capital increase, one of the necessary preconditions for the planned all-share takeover of Lotto24.
