New York-listed gaming supplier Inspired Entertainment has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Novomatic’s UK gaming terminals business Gaming Technology Group, which includes Astra Games and Bell-Fruit Group.
Inspired will pay US$120.0m in cash to acquire the business, which supplies Category B3, C and D gaming terminals to pubs, arcades and other venues in the UK, complementing Inspired’s Category B2/B3 gaming terminals business.
