Stockholm-listed gaming supplier Aspire Global has completed its acquisition of game aggregation platform provider Pariplay.
Aspire has acquired the entire Pariplay business for a cash consideration of €13.1m under a deal first announced in June, giving it a leading game aggregation platform, game studios and a pathway into the United States via Pariplay’s New Jersey supplier license.
