Sports wagers in Virginia grew by 9 per cent to $2.61 billion in the first half of 2023, with June’s handle up by 10 per cent to $325.5 million.
Internet wagering was 9 per cent higher in June at $322.1 million and took H1 2023 handle to $2.59 billion. Retail betting at Virginia’s casinos was $3.4 million in June.
