Sports bets in Louisiana rose above $300 million for the first time in October, climbing 21 per cent to $308.6 million.
Mobile sports betting increased by 26 per cent to $276.2 million and made up for an 11 per cent decline in retail betting to $32.4 million.
Louisiana’s net proceeds from sports betting grew by 40 per cent to a new high of $42.5 million, at a margin of 13.8 per cent.
