The Netherlands’ online gambling market grew by 29 per cent in 2023 as total gross gaming revenue (GGR) reached €1.39 billion.
According to latest figures from Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), casino games accounted for 77 per cent of GGR during the year.
Sports betting represented 20 per cent of GGR, with horse race betting accounting for a further 0.4 per cent and poker and bingo contributing 2.6 per cent of the total.
