Colorado’s sports betting jumped by 20 per cent to $593.1 million in March, taking first quarter handle to $1.73 billion.
Online sports betting in Colorado rose by 20 per cent to $589.3 million, while retail bets fell by 17 per cent to $3.8 million.
Betting on basketball, both professional and college, was $335.2 million, accounting for 57 per cent of Colorado’s total wagering in March.
Parlay bets were $125.4 million, with a further $29.3 million from tennis wagering.
