Sydney-listed sportsbook operator PointsBet Holdings is looking to raise AUD$122.1m through a new capital raising initiative.
PointsBet will undertake a fully underwritten placement of new ordinary shares to raise $60m at $3.60 per share, representing a 14 per cent discount on the company’s closing share price of $4.18 on Monday (Oct. 28).
