Casino games supplier High 5 Games (H5G) has partnered mobile marketing engagement platform provider Swrve as it looks to enhance player engagement and boost revenue from its mobile social casino products.

Through the partnership, H5G aims to improve player retention, cut churn rates and better monetise players. It will do so using Swrve’s mobile marketing platform, which uses real-time decision making to take action in order to better engage players, delivering both reactive and proactive in-app marketing campaigns.

“High 5 Games’ goal is to engage on a more personal level with our mobile players and keep them playing longer and for higher stakes,” H5G’s vice president of marketing Patrick Benson explained. “By packaging a CRM channel to mobile users, in-depth mobile analytics, timely push-notifications and relevant in-app messaging into one easy-to-use platform, Swrve allows us to lessen the mortality rate of new players and help highly engaged players across the player journey.”

Swrve chief executive Christopher Dean said that as one of the most competitive gaming sectors, developers required a full suite of tools to identify and engage with users playing on mobile devices.

While H5G is active in the land-based and online real-money gaming markets, it has also enjoyed success in free-to-play games via its High 5 Casino and Asian-themed Shake the Sky Casino apps.
