Holland's Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by UK bookmaker Ladbrokes and ordered the company to continue to block Dutch residents from its internet and phone betting businesses.
The case represents the latest step in the bookmakers’ nine year battle against an injunction by the Dutch courts prohibiting it from accepting bets from Dutch residents.
