The Swedish Christian Democrat party has announced its support of online gambling regulation. The move means all four of the centre-right coalition government’s political parties are now in agreement on the need for liberalisation of the monopolised market.
“There is a common understanding in the parliament but it is up to the government to decide which path to take,” said a source at the Ministry of Finance.
