Horse racing fans in New Jersey will be able to bet using their mobile devices at approved state racetracks after Governor Chris Christie signed a bill into law this week. At the same time, the state Assembly has moved forward with a bill which would require any bid to privatise the state lottery to be subject to the approval of the state legislature.
