The US Department of Justice has indicted 34 individuals who stand accused of operating a billion-dollar illegal sports betting business.
The indictment was unsealed Wednesday by US Attorney Sanford Coats for the Western District of Oklahoma and Acting Assistant Attorney General Mythili Raman of the Criminal Division.
The indictment charges 34 individuals and 23 entities with operating an illegal bookmaking business that offered sports bets primarily to US citizens via a number of websites including betlengends.eu, legendzsports.com, [...]
