Europe’s leading licensed betting operators have published a report which states that there were only 6 cases of irregular betting on sporting events on their markets during 2012.
The level is in stark contrast to the figures from Europol earlier this year of over 600 cases, albeit covering a number of years, which are considered to be primarily linked to the unregulated Asian betting market.
