The French online gambling regulator L’Autorité de Régulation des Jeux en Ligne (ARJEL) has entered into an information-sharing partnership with the country’s advertising regulator, l’Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité (ARPP).
ARJEL described the partnership as allowing the bodies to “exercise effective control through a regulatory and ethical framework” and improve channels of communication between gaming operators and advertising professionals.
