The offices of the Belgian National Lottery (Loterie Nationale) have been raided by the country’s Competition Commission following allegations that its sportsbook product Scooore has broken a number of competition laws.
The raids were carried out last week over allegations that the Loterie Nationale is abusing its position by using information gathered through the operation of the country’s lottery to cross-sell players into the sportsbook offering.
