Dutch regulator “sends message” to unlicensed gaming sites

The Netherlands Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit) has hit Curaçao-licensed  online gaming operator Global Stars with a €100,000 fine for operating in the country without a valid licence, in what it described as “a clear warning” to other operators who continue to serve the market.
