Pennsylvania state representative Mario Scavello (R) unveiled plans for a new bill Tuesday that would see state residents go to jail for gambling online.
Speaking at a press conference in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Scavello described online gaming as "one of the most addictive types of gambling".
"If we don't act now to enact strict penalties for this unlawful activity, I know its use will only increase," he said.
