Dutch Secretary of State Fred Teeven has pledged to enforce sanctions against unlicensed operators ahead of the re-regulation of the country’s iGaming market next year, after questions in the House of Representatives regarding Betsson's acquisition of two Dutch-facing sites.
Teeven was responding to questions by member of parliament Mei Li Vos last week concerning the issue of British and Swedish gaming companies looking to enter the Dutch online gaming market.
