Online poker bill introduced in NY with ‘bad actor’ provisions

New York Senator John Bonacic (R) has introduced a bill before the state senate that would regulate certain interactive poker games.

Introduced Friday, the bill seeks to amend New York's racing,  pari-mutuel  wagering  and breeding law, and penal law, to allow state residents to engage in online poker games.
