NJ regulator targets affiliates promoting illegal gaming sites

New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has launched a crackdown on affiliates promoting unlicensed iGaming sites in the state.

The DGE has sent cease-and-desist letters to affiliate sites which it found to be promoting unlicensed gaming operators such as Bovada.lv, Merge Gaming, Black Chip Poker and America’s Cardroom, alongside the regulated New Jersey sites.
