The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has issued cease-and-desist orders to a further six unlicensed online gaming operators.

The six sites facing regulatory action are Bonus Blitz Casino, DomGame, Royal Ace Casino, Slots Capital, Supernova Casino, and Wins Mania.

The sites are accused of providing unlicensed gambling to Michigan residents, in breach of the Lawful Internet Gaming Act, the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, and the Michigan Penal Code.

“These illegal operators often masquerade as legitimate gaming platforms, but they exist entirely outside the legal safeguards that protect consumers,” said MGCB executive director Henry Williams.

“When Michiganders play on unlicensed sites, they’re placing their personal and financial security at risk, with little to no recourse if things go wrong.”

The six operators have been given 14 days to withdraw their services from Michigan or face legal action.

Following this last round of enforcement action, the MGCB has issued cease and desist letters to 88 illegal online gambling sites this year.
