Football’s world governing body FIFA, international players’ federation FIFPro and INTERPOL have joined forces to launch a global campaign highlighting the dangers of match-fixing.
Launched at at the FIFPro Congress in Tokyo last week, the campaign began with the release of an Interpol-produced DVD featuring a number of high profile footballers including Frank Lampard, Sone Aluko and Kolo Toure, as well as two players who have previously been approached by match-fixers.
