The Swedish government has postponed the publication of a report into sanctions for unlicensed iGaming advertising.
Sweden’s Ministry of Finance launched the inquiry into unlicensed gambling advertising in February, in response to a Supreme Court ruling which found that the country’s Lottery Law discriminates in the way sanctions are applied to Swedish and foreign operators who advertise unlicensed gambling services.
