Dutch gambling regulator the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has handed two retail businesses fines of €20,000 after they were found to be operating unlicensed betting terminals on their premises.

The betting terminals located in the Call Internet City internet cafe and electronics retailer Star Sat Electronica, both in the city of Leeuwarden, operated in breach of the Dutch Betting and Gaming Act.
