Canada’s Intertain Group has posted total revenue of CAD$40.8m for 2014 as a result of the three acquisitions it finalised during the year, although the company recorded a net loss of $26.1m due to costs incurred to finance the purchases.
Revenue consisted of $4.7m from InterCasino’s operational activities as well as $17.3m from a revenue guarantee agreement with Amaya relating to CryptoLogic. A further $17.2m was earned from online bingo business Mandalay Media's activities after July [...]
