California Assembly committee votes in favour of online poker bill

The online poker bill introduced in California by Assemblyman Adam Gray has become the first piece of proposed iGaming legislation to pass a committee vote in the state.

The Assembly Governmental Organisation Committee voted unanimously in favour of Gray’s Assembly Bill 431, which passed following a number of yet-to-be-disclosed amendments.
