AGEM hails passage of skill gaming legislation in Nevada

The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) has lauded the passage of Senate Bill 9, legislation allowing for variable payback percentages in slot games which it says will bring skill games, arcade elements and other unique features to the state’s casinos.

SB9 is expected to be signed into law by Nevada Governor Brian Sandovall in the next fortnight, and is supported by the state’s Gaming Control Board and Resort Association.
