Dutch gaming regulator increases minimum fines for unlicensed operators

Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has moved to deter unlicensed operators in the Dutch gaming market by increasing the minimum fine for companies found to be illegally offering gaming products.
