California sports betting bill heads to Assembly Committee for approval

Assemblyman Adam Gray’s bill to legalise sports betting in California remains under discussion after an amended version was re-referred to an Assembly Committee late last week, although the legislation remains subject to a state constitutional amendment that has been approved by voters and a change in federal law.
