Online betting and gaming giant bet365 has said that it is “extremely disappointed” after it failed in an attempt to temporarily suspend the Romanian gaming regulator’s decision to cancel its interim right to operate in the country.
The company's request to have its operating right temporarily restored, after it was revoked by the Oficiul Naţional pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN) in October last year, was rejected by the Bucharest Court of Appeal this week.
