Operator body the Remote Gambling Association (RGA) has warned that the Polish government will fail in its goal of reducing the country’s unregulated gambling market if it persists with a 12 per cent tax on iGaming operators’ turnover.
The government adopted a bill in July to amend Poland’s existing online gambling laws, with a view to ending the country’s grey market status.
