The International Olympic Committee (IOC) Disciplinary Commission has handed down sanctions against a trio of boxers who were found to have placed bets on fights during the 2016 Olympic Games, held this summer in Rio de Janeiro.
The three were found to have violated the Rio 2016 Rules on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions, though the IOC was satisifed that there had been no attempt to manipulate any event.
