New Jersey's battle to allow sports betting has gained the support of Attorneys General in five states who have filed an amicus brief backing its appeal to the Supreme Court.
An appeal to the Supreme Court of the US was filed in October after the Third Circuit Appeals Court ruled that New Jersey was unable to partially repeal state law to legalise betting.
